-Terms-

To hold a reservation we require a deposit of one half of the total rent applicable to be paid as soon as possible after booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $250 is also required with final payment. The damage deposit will be returned within two weeks of your departure provided there is no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear. 

All payments are refundable if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to stay. Less then 30 days notice, the deposit will not be returned.
